Kulturnatta 2022 (culture night)
On Friday 7 October, the stage is finally set for this year's Kulturnatta (culture night) in Tromsø. Nordnorsk Kunstmuseum is open from 10 to 21 and entry is free all day. We offer a range of activities, such as story time, yoga, guided tours, hologram workshop, drawing workshop and open cafe. The evening with us ends with a concert by Vilde Bye.
Yoga in the exhibition "Breathing Lines" – Meeting point at the counter
With yoga teacher Jenny Sørensen Vaage, you get to experience the art exhibition "Breathing lines" in a new way. The yoga session is suitable for everyone, and focuses on breathing. Feel free to bring a yoga mat or something soft to lie on, a pillow and a blanket.

Guided tour of the exhibition "Breathing Lines"– Meeting point at the counter
Take a tour of the newly opened exhibition "Breathing Lines" which shows Daniel Steegmann Mangrané's art. At this exhibition, the museum is architecturally transformed with light and sound, and this spatial change will affect our physical experience of the rooms. The artist will make us redefine our understanding that the natural and the cultural stand in opposition to each other.

Drawing art – Meeting point at the counter
In our workshop on the 3rd floor, sculptural works from the Nordnorsk Kunstmuseum's collection are brought out. Here you get the opportunity to draw works of art from different perspectives and with different approaches. In the workshop, the participants are guided by an instructor
